Steelwheel and Helsinki Metro has signed a markable contract including two railroad motor vehicles on 7th of November 2018. Steelwheel executes engineering work and designing together with Saalasti Oy engineering team in Espoo. Assembly work will be done in Steelwheel’s workshop in Kouvola. The first railroad motor vehicle starts operating on Helsinki Metro railroad in May 2020 and the second one around 18 months later.
